Shipping Terms and Responsibility
Our Kombucha is a fermented beverage containing live probiotics and carbonation. To maintain its quality and stall fermentation, we produce, store, and ship our products cold. During shipment, your beverages will naturally begin to warm, which may cause fermentation to restart and increase can pressure. Be sure to move your newly acquired kombucha directly to the refrigerator upon receipt, and we advise you not to open your Kombucha near important materials or equipment.
Elixir Kombucha holds no responsibility for lost or stolen products, kombucha left unattended for extended periods, weather-related or other unrelated shipping delays. Furthermore, Elixir Kombucha cannot be held liable for any damage or compromise to your product due to the following:
- Incorrect addresses: Please ensure your provided address is accurate before placing your order.
- Unopened shipments: Our shipping boxes are clearly labeled "STORE COLD" and must be promptly refrigerated upon receipt. Our products are perishable and marked with expiration dates.
Shipping Methods
Elixir Kombucha typically utilizes UPS, USPS, or FedEx to ship your kombucha. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
