Beverages

Online Purchases

Due to the nature of our beverages, we are unable to accept returns or cancel orders once they have been processed. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us via our contact page at https://elixirkombucha.com/pages/contact. We will make every effort to address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.


In-Store Purchases

For products bought from grocery stores or other locations aside from our website, any return or refund requests should be directed to the place of purchase.


Other Merchandise

We have a 30-day return policy on non-beverage sales, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the USA, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
